Supper at the Chef's table Farm to Fork Supper with Local Ingredients

There is something about a meal created from something that was grown in a local garden or on a local farm.  It just tastes better, it is better for the enviroment and for i think for ones soul.  This class is gonna be a fun, it will be very filling.  It is from my Soul to table series.  My team will be creating 6 courses of food, flowing from one dish to another.  Come out and watch how a team of chefs creates a tasting meal.  Come hungry this is Supper.   The menu will be made up of what ever is available on the farm.  It will be six courses, it will be a landlover's food dream.  We will start with (things may change with what is available) A canteloupe Bisque, a Farm Salad with fresh berries and Cheese, a Chicken Course and a Beef Course, then we will make some Just Picked Peach Cobbler.... maybe in a castiron pan. This is a supper class.  So it will be a demonstration class.     Bring some wine, bring your appetite and lets feed your soul with some food that comes from our home state. Lets cook like rockstars. You will leave with the recipes and you can always give me a call if you have any questions.
